Oxidative stress is involved in all skin diseases. The study of this phenomenon in relation to skin pathophysiology as also the prevention and therapy of skin disorders by antioxidant substaces or natural products with antioxidant properties has a growing interest in the last years.
The conference is addressing oncologists, dermatologists, biochemists, pharmaceutical and natural chemists, cell biologists, physiologists, biomedical engineers, pharmacologists, dermatologists, clinicians and post-graduate students in medical, biological and natural sciences.
The 6th Conference on "Oxidative stress in skin medicine and biology" is co-organized by the University of Athens and the Oxygen Club of California.
